Abstract
We developed a Violence Reporting System for a Liberia-based SGVB Organization. This is a complete solution for all the activities in an SGVB sector.
The gender justice clubs use Android and IOS app that helps them to report cases relating to gender-based violence in Liberia. They can request to talk to a doctor or counselor that can accept or reject. They also get notifications and details about recent posts from the SavApp team. The organization admin can add Doctor, Counsellor, and Police from the system and reflects on the apps.
Our Client and Their Project Requirements
Our client is from Liberia and owns an SGBV organization. They used to carry out their business activities using outdated systems like and paperwork.
They realized that it was time to switch to better options. They approached us with a clear idea- digitize their business process completely. They wanted a solution that could replace the old systems and make their activities smoother.
Solution We Provided
We developed a completed solution that automated Their business activities from reporting to cases analysis. We basically shifted Their business to a digital platform. This gender-based violence reporting system has three(3) components: The Gender Justice Clubs component, The Doctor and Counsellor component, and Super Admin component.
The Gender Justice Clubs component: We developed an Android and IOS app for the Gender Justice Clubs. This app allows you to report cases relating to Rape, Physical Violence, and Domestic Violence.
Doctor & Counselor component allows doctor and counselor to view the number of case(s) assign to him/her, respond to these cases, chat with his fellow doctor/counselor, connect with the Gender Justice Clubs, and chat with them via text, video, or audio call.
Super Admin component: Using the super admin, you can manage and automate the entire workflow, which includes but not limited to the following: with a click of a button the admin can approve requests coming from the app to connect with a doctor or counselor, the admin can push out news as Newsfeed to users of the app, can also add doctor, counselor, police from the system and it automatically appear on the app and much more.
